Norstip Scholarship Scheme

The Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education and Skills (HK-dr) has established the Norwegian scholarship scheme, NORSTIP.

NORSTIP is designed to promote economic development and welfare in Norway's partner countries. By enabling student mobility to Norwegian universities and colleges, including the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU), NORSTIP aims to educate future leaders who will drive positive change in their home countries.

NMBU has received a limited number of NORSTIP scholarships for 2 year master programs

A NORSTIP scholarship covers tuition fees and the recipient will receive a moderate scholarship, equivalent to the monthly loan and grant that Norwegian students receive from the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund.
