Disruptions to NMBU IT Services

NMBU is currently experiencing technical issues affecting several IT services, including the campus network, FEIDE, and Eduroam. Troubleshooting and corrective measures are underway and will continue throughout the weekend.

Status update – Saturday, 17 January at 12:30

  • Access to e.g. Canvas, WISEflow, OneDrive and Zoom is available via Entra ID loginwhen using networks outside campus (e.g. home or mobile networks).
  • The University Library's digital services are affected by the issues. Please contact the library via email biblioteket@nmbu.no or phone 67 23 04 00, and they will do what they can to assist you.
  • The IT Department is handling inquiries continuously via it@nmbu.no and NMBUHjelp.

Access to Microsoft 365 works from networks outside campus.

Teaching activities will largely proceed as scheduled. PhD defenses, exams, and operations at the Small Animal and Equine Hospitals will receive dedicated support to ensure continuity through the use of mobile networks.
