I have my education from the University of Oslo, Wageningen University & Research, and the Norwegian University of Life Sciences. My specialization is in spectroscopy and analytical chemistry. In addition to being responsible for the courses KJM311, MVI180, and B15-KJEMI, I am also the head of the nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy laboratory. In recent years, my research focus has primarily been on process optimization in the food industry, but I am also involved in several other exciting research projects.
