About the study place
The University of Otago is one of the largest universities in New Zealand (after Auckland University) with approximately 21.000 students, of whom 11% are international. The University was founded in 1869 and is thus the oldest in New Zealand. It is located in Dunedin, the second largest city of the South Island, and offers many relevant courses for NMBU students: Aquaculture, biochemistry, biostatistics, botany, computer modelling, natural resource management, landscape design, food science, economy and ecology, among others.
