About
Istanbul is a large city that extends over a large land area (5343 km2) and is home to over 14 million inhabitants.
Istanbul University of Technology was originally founded at the end of the 18th century and has long traditions in architecture and engineering.
The agreement applies to landscape architecture, Urban and regional planning, business and administration and economics. Erasmus students must take at least 25 ECTS per semester
Landscape architecture: three students one semester each (master)
Urban and Regional planning: three students one semester each (master)
Business and administration/management engineering: Two studenter in one semester each
Economics: Two students in one semester each (bachelor and master)
All Erasmus+ agreements require the completion of 60ECTS prior to a stay abroad begins.
English and Turkish.
Autumn semester: September - January.
Spring semester: February - June.Erasmus students must continue to pay for NMBU’s semester fees, plus register with NMBU whilst they are on exchange. However, it is not necessary to pay any types of fee at the partner university.
The university does not offer its own dormitories, but refers to the university's Erasmus club for tips and advice.
