Simon Schmid, Faculty of Environmental Sciences and Natural Resource Management (MINA), will defend his PhD thesis " Linking chemical perturbations of chitin synthesis to developmental disorders in crustaceans " Thursday 5th of October, 2023.

"Kobling av kjemikalie-induserte forstyrrelser av kitinsyntese til utviklingsforstyrrelser hos krepsdyr" 

Prescribed subject of the trial lecture

"Advantages, limitations and scientific challenges of environmental Next Generation Risk Assessment (NGRA) compared to traditional risk assessment."
