Leibniz Universität Hannover is located in the German state of Lower Saxony. Many people travel here because of the universities, the international airport and the large zoo. At Leibniz Universität Hannover, you have the opportunity to study at a large and renowned university with 21,000 students, in a city with around 500,000 inhabitants.

  • The agreement applies to landscape architecture, town and regional planning and physics.

    Landscape architecture/BYREG: 5 places (both bachelor and master)

    Physics: 2 places (only master, PhD)

    Length of stay

    1 - 2 semester.

  • All Erasmus+ agreements require the completion of 60ECTS prior to a stay abroad begins.

  • German and English. German skills at B2 level are required for bachelor's studies (- and at master's level in landscape architecture in the summer semester). The Master's program "Territorial Development/Spatial Planning" is taught in English.

  • Autumn semester: October - February
    Spring semester: April - July

  • Erasmus students must continue to pay for NMBU’s semester fees, plus register with NMBU whilst they are on exchange. However, it is not necessary to pay any types of fee at the partner university.
