About
University of Iceland is an internationally research university, and offers courses in various study fields. The university, which has ca 14 000 students, is situated in the Reykjavik, the capital.
The agreemnet covers several study fields: natural sciences, engineering, environmental sciences, physics, renewable energy, tourism, landscape architecture etc.
Please note that one cannot do bachelor or master thesis at the University of Iceland.
Length of stay
1 semester.
All Erasmus+ agreements require the completion of 60ECTS prior to a stay abroad begins.
Icelandic and English.
Autumn semester: August- Desember
Spring semester: January- May
Erasmus students must continue to pay for NMBU’s semester fees, plus register with NMBU whilst they are on exchange. However, it is not necessary to pay any types of fee at the partner university.
