About

Mid Sweden University is located in Sweden's geographical center with campuses in two locations: Sundsvall and Östersund. Östersund has approx. 45,000 inhabitants and can point to beautiful sights such as Frösö church from the 12th century. The city was named Sweden's food capital in 2011, and exciting eateries and lively farm shops are located in the immediate vicinity of the centre.

  • This is an Erasmus+ agreement for students within nature-based tourism.

  • For all Erasmus agreements, you must have completed 60 credits before your exchange begins.

    Academic calendar

  • Erasmus students must continue to pay for NMBU’s semester fees, plus register with NMBU whilst they are on exchange. However, it is not necessary to pay any types of fee at the partner university.

  • ECTS
