The course consists of
Theme group 1: Management of learning-processes - management of learning- and development in individual and group perspectives
Theme group 2: The school in the society - management of learning- and development in an organisational and societal perspectives
The main emphasis in this course is on theme group 1, but both theme groups are included in the course.
Topics: Planning, implementing and assessing teaching based on didactical and pedagogical principles, theories and experiences. Informal and formal assessment. Inductive learning and experiential learning. Analysis of qualifications as the basis for teaching and learning. General direction of professional studies. Use of nature and accociated education seen in societal perspectives. Entrepeneurship and development projects.
