Learning in spatial planning professions

Through this sub-project, SITRAP gains insight into planners experiences of learning when they tackle problems and search for solutions. We seek practical knowledge.

This happens through meetings, discussions and observations. The goal is a more structured understanding of planners in their professional practice. We describe the reflections of planners on how and why they learn in different situations, particularly when they go beyond their routine tasks.

Various methods, techniques, activities and procedures that are integrated into the planning processes are used.
