Since April 2020, I have been working as a head engineer at CIGENE and my job involves the daily operation of the Affymetrix platform.
I have experience in next generation sequencing (NGS) with Miseq, as well as in molecular biology and enzymology such as DNA/RNA isolation, real-time PCR, construction of genomic DNA library, protein expression/purification and enzyme characterization.
