I am a PhD student in Chemistry at the Faculty of Chemistry, Biotechnology, and Food Science (KBM). My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Industrial Biotechnology from the University of Bologna (Italy). During my master’s thesis at the University of Oslo, I specialized in Analytical Chemistry.
My PhD project centers on the enzymatic processing of protein-rich food sidestreams to obtain high-value end products. Specifically, I am investigating monitoring methodologies based on spectroscopy, with focus on Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) advances. Through this research, I aim to enhance our understanding and optimize the enzymatic processes involved.
