My research interests include metaphysics and epistemology, Kant, Husserl, general philosophy of science, philosophy of mathematics, philosophy of biology, and philosophy of perception.
I was Group Leader at the Centre for Advanced Study (CAS) at the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters, 2015-16, for the project “Disclosing the Fabric of Reality – The Possibility of Metaphysics in the Age of Science”. CAS is “Norway’s premier institute of excellence in interdisciplinary fundamental research.”
