Tours will be offered every 15 minutes. You can also join the Ultimate Frisbee team. A yoga class might also be offered.
Bring your sports gear and shoes and get ready to exercise! Eika offers team sports, climbing wall, group training in hall and on bike, strength and fitness rooms for self-training, personal training, exercise guidance and dietary guidance.
