Do you need a transcript of records? - You can download your transcript in the Studentweb

You can download a transcript with a digital signature in Studentweb. You can also order a printout of your grades on paper in the Studentweb or you can share your results through the vitnemalsportalen.no (Norwegian diploma registry).

How to order your transcript with a digital signature

• Log on to the Studentweb, select "More" in the top menu and "Orders"
• Select "Transcript of records with digital signature" and click "Order"
• After approx. 10 minutes, the transcript will be available as a PDF file under "Documents"

How to order a paper transcript

• Log on to the Studentweb, select "More" in the top menu and "Orders"
• Select "Transcript of records with digital signature" and click "Order"
• You will receive your transcript of records sent by mail to the semester address you have registered in the Student web within 3 to 5 working days

Share your results in the Vitnemålsportalen (Norwegian certificate portal)

• The diploma registry is a digital service where you can retrieve your results from higher education
• You can share your results as a PDF file or a link
• Log in to the diploma registry
