The University of Lodz was established in 1945 and has long been one of the largest and most popular universities in Poland. There are approximately 38,000 students on campus. The university is very centrally located in the city of Lodz (pronounced woudsj). Lodz is located in the heart of Poland and is only 125 km from Warsaw - Poland's capital. Lodz is the third largest city in Poland.

  • The agreement applies to economics and business administration. The agreement is open to bachelor's and master's students. Courses can be taken from the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Economics and Sociology.

    Length of stay

    1 til 2 semester.

    Number of study places

    Two places for economics and buisness administration per year.

  • For all Erasmus agreements you are required to have completed 60 credits before your exchange begins.

  • Polish and english.

  • Autumn semester: October - mid February.
    Spring semester: end of February - July.

    Academic calendar

  • Erasmus students must pay semester fees and register at NMBU for the semester they are abroad, but then do not have to pay semester fees or other tuition fees at the partner university.

  • ECTS
