Katholieke Universiteit Leuven was founded in 1425, and is today a modern university located centrally in Belgium; Leuven is only about 25km east from Brussels. The university is considered the oldest catholic university in this part of Europe and the biggest Flemish speaking university, and is consistently ranked among the world’s 100 best universities.
