About this course
Digital 3-dimensional models are important tools in most planning processes. The subject uses 3D software to solve practical work tasks derived from issues we as planners can expect to meet in the workplace. The main focus is on 3D models as tools for developing a project, as well as communicating the ideas to external stakeholders
Learning outcome
At the completion of the course, students are expected to use digital 3-dimensional models as tools for both analysis and development of different types of concrete plan projects.
This includes generating digital 3D models using different methods based on digital map data, as well as utilizing these models as tools throughout entire planning processes.
